Cue Acoustics to offer Radio Model r1

Cue Acoustics aims to further their cause in the quest to be a big name when it comes to home audio devices with the latest release of their Radio Model r1. This will be an updated model from the Cue Radio Model r1, and make no mistake about it, Cue Acoustics will do all in their power to further improve its already great sound, having thrown in a trio of tailored offerings to the mix. First of all, Cue Acoustics and Outlaw Audio have come together to develop the “Outlaw Signature Edition.” This special edition will see the inclusion of some high-end features that were specially designed for the most discriminating music listener—including a global “Position” setting that optimizes the r1’s output to match its placement. This means you no longer need to measure the dimensions of your room to get the perfect audio setup. Apart from that, the “Talk” sound profile reduces some of the “boominess” of talk radio. Interested? The Outlaw Edition will retail for $399, similar to the standard r1 and is available exclusively in gloss black. As for the “Hospitality Edition”, it will feature a highly customizable set of features, making it ideal for luxury hotels and resort brands. It will also show off the hotel brand logo on the display whenever the r1 is turned on for a more targeted marketing slant, with custom alarm behaviors and volume limits thrown into the mix so that your neighbors can sleep in peace. Last but not least, Cue has a new customization service which will target the premium gift market, where more dough will result in the r1 being pre-programmed with a personal message or picture on its display.
